- Formulated the strategic plan for a new business coalition in Latin America to establish its profile with U.S. government agencies and multinational corporations and successfully gain funding partnerships, in less than one year.
- Wrote and implemented strategic plans for non-governmental organizations in the United States and throughout the region which engaged primary stakeholders, formulated and carried out relevant work plans, developed budget and finance strategies and bolstered sustainability.
- Trained private sector organizations throughout the region to understand the structure and benefits of launching campaigns to impact public policy both at home and abroad.
- Provided strategic leadership for a business coalition in a southern African country to write and implement a major restructuring of operations, launch a communications and marketing plan and bolster its long-term financial sustainability.
- Managed multi-year client subcontracts with a top international donor agency to launch successful HIV/AIDS business councils in Mexico (2005), Jamaica (2006) and Guatemala (2007).
- Lead a client team which planned and launched a national NGO network in Mexico, funded by the private sector, to provide technical assistance services to businesses dealing with HIV/AIDS.
- Launched and supported independent organizations throughout the region which promote pro-growth, pro-innovation solutions to issues like health, climate change, education, black market commerce and attracting investment.
