Center Strategies has a proven track record since 2002, and here is only a sample:
- Put together the consulting team working in tandem locally and in Washington, D.C., and helped shape the strategic plan which saved a Latin American country’s trade preferences with the United States.
- Provided daily media analysis and leveraged regional media opportunities to reopen debate on a previously “dead” policy issue in a Latin American country, placing it back in the headlines and positioning the client as a major driver in the debate.
- Formulated the strategic plan for a new business coalition in Latin America to establish its profile with U.S. government agencies and multinational corporations and successfully gain funding partnerships, in less than one year.
- Wrote and implemented strategic plans for non-governmental organizations in the United States and throughout the region which engaged primary stakeholders, formulated and carried out relevant work plans, developed budget and finance strategies and bolstered sustainability.
- Trained private sector organizations throughout the region to understand the structure and benefits of launching campaigns to impact public policy both at home and abroad.
- Managed multi-year client subcontracts with a top international donor agency to launch successful HIV/AIDS business councils in Mexico (2005), Jamaica (2006) and Guatemala (2007).
- Lead a client team which planned and launched a national NGO network in Mexico, funded by the private sector, to provide technical assistance services to businesses dealing with HIV/AIDS.
- Launched and supported independent organizations throughout the region which promote pro-growth, pro-innovation solutions to issues like health, climate change, education, black market commerce and attracting investment.
